🔥 Verage Airsoft x ØMS – Castellum 🔥

Regular Game Weekend + Airsofter World Games

📅 Date: Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 August
📍 Location: Castellum

This event is organised by Verage Airsoft in cooperation with Østfold Milsim Airsoft.

This will be a structured, social and action-packed airsoft weekend featuring:

• Classic game modes
• Airsofter World Games (AWG)
• Evening and night games

🕙 Schedule – Saturday

10:00–11:00

• Arrival and registration
• Gear setup and preparation
• Chronograph testing
• Joint safety and game briefing

👉 A separate introduction for new players will be provided if required

11:00–18:00 – Games and activities

• Game rounds with short breaks
• 30-minute shared meal break
• Food should be eaten between rounds, not during active games

👉 A separate introduction for new players will be provided if required

11:00–18:00 – Games and activities

• Game rounds with short breaks
• 30-minute shared meal break
• Food should be eaten between rounds, not during active games

⚠️ Important: All preparations for the next round must be completed before taking a break.

👥 Game Format

• Three teams
• Each team will have its own team captain
• Missions will be:
  • Simple and structured
  • Played over three rounds
  • Completed by all three teams

👉 This provides better game flow and gives players experience in teamwork and leadership.

⛺ Camping and Arrival

• Camping is available outside the building
• Arrival is possible from Friday at 16:00 for camp setup
• Ideal for players travelling from further away

Facilities:

• Several portable toilets will be provided
• An outdoor tap and water point will be available

🔥 Safe Zone and Facilities

• Heated when required
• One designated space per player, approximately one metre wide
• Table space with shelving above and below

⚠️ The safe zone has a maximum capacity of 60 people. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

👉 Other participants must use the parking area and their vehicle as their base.

🍔 Food and Drinks

• Barbecue food, including sausages and burgers
• Drinks available for purchase
• Additional drinks will be available alongside the soft-drink vending machine
• You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks

🌙 Night Games

Night games may be organised, and we encourage participants to help with planning and running them.

⏹ End of the Main Event

The main event will finish at 16:00 on Sunday.

⏰ Starts at approximately 18:00
⏳ Finishes no later than 21:00

⚠️ Practical Information

• Parking is limited

👉 Car sharing is recommended
👉 Drop off your equipment first, then move your vehicle to the designated parking area

💥 Important Information

• Pyrotechnics will be used

👉 By attending the event, you consent to potentially being photographed or filmed.

• The police have been informed about the event
• Suitable for both new and experienced players

🔒 Values and Guidelines

Drug- and Alcohol-Free Zone

• The event is completely drug-, alcohol- and nicotine-free, including snus and smoking
• A designated smoking area will be available outside the event area
• Alcohol-free beer and cider are not permitted

Politics and Religion

• Political and religious promotion is not permitted within the event area
• Zero tolerance for political or religious campaigning

Patches

• Patches are permitted, but game leaders may require them to be removed

⚠️ General Rules

• Eye protection must be worn at all times
• Maximum power limit: 1.2 joules
• Biodegradable BBs are mandatory
• Semi-automatic fire only
• Mid-cap magazines only, maximum capacity of 150 BBs
• Death rags are mandatory
• Chronograph testing is mandatory

🤝 Fair Play

• No bang rule
• Knife kills are performed by physical touch
• No blind firing
• No spawn camping
• Dead players do not talk

💥 Pyrotechnics and Grenades

• Only approved pyrotechnics may be used
• Grenades must be thrown using an underarm throw
• Grenades must not be thrown in stairwells
• Do not remove or keep used or abandoned grenades

🧭 Conduct and Ethics

• Always acknowledge your hits
• Do not argue with other players
• Zero tolerance for poor behaviour
• Focus on creating a positive experience for everyone
