Supergame - Part 3, what a day!

The third installment of the Frysen Supergames was my responsibility and I wanted to end of with a banger of an event.

Boy o boy, it was a good day.

First off, thank you to all the players for trying something a little bit different and going for the objectives, pushing as a team and keep going till the end.

Thanks to Frysen to partner up with other organisers to work together to create good events. You gave me the chance and responsibility to do my thing. So yes, that made me a bit nervous.

I have my way of doing games and it's interesting to see how the players will like it. ( If you did, yes more games are scheduled on different fields, check my calendar here, https://verageairsoft.com/events/ )

About 50 players showed up for a chilly day to start the final part of a 3 week series and you gave it all you had.

So, how did it go,

The day was devided into 2 parts with 2 main missions and some side missions in the first part and some different things in the second part, with a finale at the end.

Last week the Mongolians managed to blow up the wall and luckily for the Chinese, that found important information, the wall blew up without a lot of casualties. Both parties retreaded away from the wall, ready to push the enemy back.

In the first hour the commanders checked 3 possible assault positions and managed to inspect them before the big attack. Both sides fought hard to hold the enemy in their approach. During this inspection and defense, information was found, a lost cargo was retrieved and opened. Ready to be used on the enemy side in the form of chemical weapons. While the Chinese had the upper hand (370 vs 180) in the defense at the wall, the Mongolians found the chemical weapons an hour before the Chinese.

After lunch break the battlefield was prepared for a final push to finish this battle once and for all.
- Locations were scouted and flags were collected (5 for Mongolia and 4 for China).
- Important targets were destroyed or almost destroyed. (3 for Mongolia and 0 for China)
- Territory was conquered and the flags were raised to show who owned this land. (2 for China and 1 for Mongolia)
- Sadly no HVTs were captured, although they were spotted in the crowd, retreavel seemed to difficult for both parties.

Both armies rearmed and made ready for the last big push, one big last fight. 45 min of battle and the dominance changed multiple times from Mongolia to China and back. Chemical weapons were used on both sides to counter the battle in their favor.

Although it seemed that Mongolia was going to push into China, but on the last seconds of the battle a sneaky Chinese warrior sneaked up from behind and ended the battle once and for all.

The wall still stands, although in ruins, the lands were defended from a violent Mongolian oppressor.

The fights were hard and it was amazing to see the base commanders lead their troops into battle on different levels. Those commanders are very important and will play a key role in my upcoming game series, The Shattering (https://verageairsoft.com/the-shattering/ )

Thank you all for an amazing day and hope to see you on an upcoming game in the near future!

I did not take any pictures but luckily Sofia managed to take some pictures and videos that I will share a bit later this week. Also big thanks to David, Johan, Calle and Sofia for helping out in various roles!
