You can't 'register' the event to your list because Frysen is using their own registration system.
To keep up to date with all the updates, you can 'follow' the event. That is on the right of the banner image. Then you can updates if someone post something. For example, I will link my pictures to this event and they will shop up in the 'Albums' section.
