Airsoft in Norway, Nesbyen (The Hotel)
A place you all should visit for a game (or more). The location is just perfect for us. The hotel was build in the 1950 and extended over the following decades. New wings were built and floors were added. In total there are 5 floors to play on with a nice variety of long claustrophobic hallways and open common areas.
The organisers are doing an amazing job keeping the place clean and playable. Besides that they integrate the community into the games. It was the first time I saw a field so integrated in the community. Younger people came to play and having fun, while the parents sometimes joined the game or just came in for a talk. This showed the community what airsoft is. This, we need a lot more.
I was honored to be asked to arrange the games for Saturday and Sunday and pass my knowledge so they could even make better games and attract more people to this awesome field.
Also, just look at that amazing view!
