A Verage Event at Frysen Arena, what a day that was!

First I want to thank the people that helped me during this day with setting up the missions, doing the check in and chrono, taking pictures and walking around to answer questions from the players.

Secondly I want to thank all players for pushing for the objectives and trying new things that might sound weird at first. You made this into a awesome day!

Organising games is where I feel at home, my task as an organiser is to give everyone a good day. When I fail to do that, it's bad and I have to step up my game. There are so many variables that can ruin a game, but this weekend, most of the things went as they were supposed to go, which resulted in a windy, chilly day filled with airsoft fun.

We had a group of 23 players, some from closeby, some from a 'little' further up. You didn't ask a lot of questions and you took everything that I threw at you, that makes my task as an organiser a bit easier.
I started my briefing with how I organise games and that 'Respect' is a very important factor to have a successful game. I respect you as a player, you respect your fellow players and me as an organiser. I'm not here to hold your hand, you choose to come to my game and I give you a certain responsibility. It's up to you how you handle that. With that mix of responsibility and respect, you lay an important foundation for the day.
