A new challenge, OP Borderline - Reloaded II (31/07 - 02/08)
OP Borderline is a medium (200-300 people) sized airsoft event organised by the Norwegian organiser 'Viken Airsoftspill' on a beautiful field located in Sweden.
I will be helping out the crew with my Ares Alpha knowledge and mission building experience to bring an amazing game to the players coming to the event.
My goal as 'creator of missions' is to find a balance in the game for all type of players. While some want non stop action, others want to sneak around and don't shoot a shot. This diversity in airsoft makes for a fun challenge for my creative brain.
While my main experience is joining the bigger events and organising special smaller events, such as the Team Events and Airsofter World Games, I feel more than confident to be a part of this 30 hour game crew.
A question I did get often when I started organising games here in Sweden was, are you going to organise a big weekend event?
I always said 'No'. There are good intiatives all over Sweden. Instead of competing to the bring the 'best' weekend event, I want to join forces and provide my experience to what is already here with amazing people running it. Think about Bellum Events, Berget Events, OMS and now also Viken Airsoftspill.
