"Same same, but different!"
Gear choices. I admit I have a problem. I have 6 "M4" `s and to are "the same". Well...
One is for long range/patrol. The other is for medium ranges. But yes they are the same.... Just different scopes essentially. :P And being Specna Arms, changing the spring takes almost no time at all.
But, I`ll do me, you do you! :D

That is a high riser for that dot. And yes, there is an m4 for every mission :)

"That is a high riser for that dot" Jupp! Even the Vortex 1-6x24 is on a "higer than normal" Super Precision Scope Mount 1.93"

Is there a reason why you do it? I see people doing it because of their mask.

First it was passive aiming under nods, and using a gas mask. But altso it seems that shooting on the move became more comfortable with the high scope mount. I like it better :)

And Google wil say:

Why taller optic raiser on ar15?

Faster Sight Acquisition and Shots on Target.Placing the combat optic on a high riser block means that the shooter has a shorter distance to move the weapon and achieve the mounted shooting position than when setting the sight on a lower mount.

Cool, thanks for the explanation!
