Hi everyone!
A few weeks ago I posted a picture of my new APS Striker-12!
I got to test it and I promised to make a good review off of it.
I'll start by saying it's build incredibly sturdy! It's definitly gonna survive a few drops and doesn't creak or twist like some cheaper or lower quality replica's do. Also it's very gas efficient, I think you can fire about 4-5 maybe even 6 drums before you have to gas it up.
Now, preformance wise I was a little dissapointed. I used standard green gas from Norpul and it had intresting results. Some shots didn't went out at all, some shots seemd to have some sort of a delay after firing and actually leaving the barrel, some shots were only goign about 10 meters.
Maybe it was just mine tho, I heard a lot of good stories of people not having these problems.
Do all shots do this tho? Absolutely not! The ones that shot good came out also quite good. They had pretty good range and started to spread at about 20-25 meters. Also you can definitly hit someone at about 30 meters.
That being said, I think this replica is amazing for CQB gameplay and close quaters. Unfortunatly I am not a CQB player at all and I decided to sell the awesome replica again.
I think tho that you can easily make its preformance super constant by either using CO2 (as reccomended and adviced by members of the HRC) or by replacing the valve with a HPA nozzle and let it run on air.
It was a awesome replica to play with and a amazing thing to see! But it just didnt fit my playstyle so I ended up selling it to someone else who was super happy to receive this bad ass replica!
