We would like to thank everyone that contributed to help us make future Berget games better by participating in our first big feedback survey. There are a lot of good insights, and now that we have compiled the data, we would like to share the results with you.
This survey is currently being used as the foundation of a much larger work in staking out the path of our Berget 2.0 journey. We aim to make this survey a recurring thing, and this first round has allowed us to set a metric base line for future references to gauge our future progress in each area.
We were very happy to see that as many as 35% of our playerbase participated, which we feel is plenty to get an accurate picture of the main issues.
The answers were graded on a scale from 1-5 where 5 is very good and 1 very bad.

There was also a lot of very constructive feedback on the open questions which is well in line with the score of the graded questions.
We are extremely happy to see that the atmosphere among players and general friendliness is rated so high. We are thankful to all participants that year after year contribute to make the Berget experience such a memorable event for all your fellow players.
On the other side of the spectrum, we see lower scoring on issues such as communication, missions, story and the online map. These are all focus areas both short and long term for us. Regarding communication, we have already taken the first few steps by appointing a new communication standard and increased the frequency and quality of posts to better keep all of you in the loop on what we are up to.
Thanks to the survey we realized how many players did not even know about the online real-time map, and after some constructive ideas we have a plan on how to make it more accessible and useful to everyone at check in. We also noted a lot of related feedback regarding internet coverage in tandem with the usage of the online map, so that is also a big focus point for us.
Another important takeaway is to avoid changing or altering game rules or mechanics mid game since it's impossible to reach out with that kind of information to everyone out in the field.
Missions and story are our biggest and most important focus areas in Berget 2.0. All feedback from the survey is currently being used for the planning of Berget 21, but also as the foundation for planning the coming brand-new story arc which will feature new teams, backgrounds, game area and a story that brings us back to our early Berget-roots.
We are also re-introducing the concept of trustees. We will appoint veteran players on all teams that will have a mandate to resolve rule questions in-game. Starting from this summer there will also be random chrono-checks both in-game and in bases.
These reflections and planned actions are by no means conclusive, but hopefully it gives a good indication of where the feedback is pointing us.
Once again, we would like to thank all of you that took the time to participate in this survey. All constructive feedback is extremely valuable for us in continuing to improve the Berget experience.
