What a day!
At Bockaby, organised by Bogartpojkarna, I had a blast!
The game was on a much larger field than usually used at Bockaby. Usually they only play around the buildings but this time, the field was huge. About 200 (maybe more, I'm not sure) players showed up to have a great day of airsoft.
It started of with rain on the car ride up there, which was a 18min car drive. Love it to be close airsoft sites that have awesome games. But on site there was no rain and the day could begin.
The day before I got asked to be the VIP for some missions but I had to bring something that stood out so people could recognize me and capture me, when the mission allowed it. So thanks to a Swedish friend, for lending the suit for the game. Besides the suit, I also carried a horn to let the people know my location, which they could already track because of the awesome Ares Alpha tech.
The day flew by (ha, got the joke :D), and both teams fought hard for the missions. Which is something that I need to get used to, people actually play the missions instead of just shooting at each other. That gives the organisers a lot more respect for all the work they've put up in a game like this.
After running around as a turkey for hours, I switched back to my woodland gear and started doing my thing and I was in amazing places at the right time, loved it.
The ICS stuff did it's thing perfectly again. I used my ICS UK1 Captain for this one, I missed that little beast.
